CPTR Passenger ticket cannot be booked from a normal account. It is booked only when the ticket is booked through a corporate portal or an authorized travel agency.
To put it simply, suppose you are travelling to another city for some company work, then the ticket is booked through the corporate portal, which lets the flight company know from where the ticket is being booked, due to which your ticket automatically becomes Passenger Type: CPTR.
